You have to try our soft, delicious marshmallows, one of our chocolatier’s true passions. It shouldn’t come as a surprise, after all, marshmallows are a great American invention. They take us back to the innocence of childhood, sitting around a campfire. Marshmallows were first created in the early 1900s, when confectioners began replacing the sap of the marshmallow root with gelatin.

Ours are nothing like the dry, sugary puffs you find in bags. They’re more like biting into a cloud of happiness, if that were possible.

We make them with flavors such as real vanilla, sour cherry, orange blossom, and more. Sometimes, we even coat them in dark chocolate. They’re a treat with a cup of hot chocolate or whenever you need a little sweet escape.

Our gelatin is not derived from pork or beef, though it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
