Mendiants
Although mendiants are usually made with fresh nuts and perhaps candied citrus, we decided to do things a little differently by using caramelized pecans, lightly salted caramelized peanuts, and dried cranberries.
We’re really proud of them, and they’re very well loved. Like many of our chocolates, they make a perfect companion to a cup of coffee and a good conversation with a close friend.
